Abstract


Counselor establishment and implementation of the system, is a major feature of the work of college students. The Counselors construction is the current Central and universities theory community is very concerned about the problem. Views on further strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of college students, \an effective measure of the improvement of college students' ideological and moral education and student affairs management task. However, with the changing of the social situation in China and the development of higher education, the construction of the counselors encounter many new challenges, showing many not suited. For the solution of the problem, the solution of the various colleges and universities are not the same, showing the diverse situation of practice. I believe that the construction of a full-time, professional, expert of the counselors is the key to solve the problem. In this paper, based on extensive research, based on the status quo, analyze the causes of the problems and issues of our college counselors ranks, and combined with China's national conditions on the basis of the successful experience of foreign proposed Chinese Universities Professional Counselors construction means that the counselor team of full-time, professional, expert technology (referred to as the \This paper consists of five parts: the first part of an overview of the background and significance of the study of college counselors \The second part of the theory and practice of the team \Defined concept, digging a theoretical foundation, the research team \Defined counselor team full-time, professional, expert construction connotation, sort out the relationship between the highlights of this article.
