Abstract


Fresh college graduates as the research object , an empirical study of its network job behavior . First on the basis of literature research , interviews , job intensity measured 5 dimensions of fresh college graduates network , combined with survey data , using statistical analysis methods to explore the relationship of the intensity of network job with the network job results , different demographic differences in the characteristics of graduates in the network job search intensity and network job search results , which come to the following conclusions : ( 1 ) network job search intensity can be measured from the five dimensions : network job time spent , the frequency of the network job , electronic resume and cover letter preparation, the breadth of the network job , written test / interview prepared to ( 2 ) different gender , level graduate education levels, English proficiency , computer network job search intensity and network job results are different , but the differences of different sizes . ③ there is a significant correlation between network job search intensity dimension with the network job search results , in which the network job time spent , the network Job frequency, electronic resume and cover letter ready , network cover the breadth and positively related to the number of written test / interview posts ; network job time spent , the breadth of the network job with the efficiency of network investment and related relationship significantly ; networking job time spent and the frequency of the network job , your resume and job search letter is now going to wait for the written test / interview length related ; networking job time spent , electronic resume and job letter ready , network cover the breadth and the number of jobs hiring are related ; significantly related to the number of written test / interview preparation strength and get jobs hiring . On the basis of the above empirical study , this paper presents a 6:00 for graduates who are seeking employment , and college students in the network job .
