Abstract

Competitive sporting events in the football World Cup, the basketball world championships in modern enterprises and government departments internal job promotion system, in the increasingly fierce competition in the market environment, the Championship mechanism is widely used. With the deepening of the degree of specialization, the form of organization of the tournament slowly by individuals turned to the team. The team is a viable way for organizations to improve operational efficiency, it helps organizations make better use of the talents of the staff, but also more flexible than other forms of community, the reaction is more rapid. The same time the team the other hand there is the role can not be ignored, that is their role in the coordination incentive: the team was able to motivate employees to participate in decision-making, and enhance the democratic atmosphere of the organization, increase employee enthusiasm. The team has all the advantages of a large extent depends on effective communication and collaboration between team members. Especially in the team tournament mechanism, communication will become more complex and important to further explore and research team championship communication mechanism has very important significance. In order to enrich the content of the related fields of research, this paper proposed under the the Team Championship mechanism theory framework, using the method of experimental study to explore the communication efforts of agents, defeating collusion. Use of the experimental study was carried out on 80, we get the following conclusions: (1) in the four experiments, the efforts of water was on average higher than the theoretical predictions, especially Experiment 3 (there is only communication between the team), The test average effort level is much higher than the theoretical predictions, but the efforts were level fluctuations. (2) In this paper the four experiments, Experiment 2 (there is only communication within the team) effort level were significantly higher than the average level of effort in the other three experiments; experimental effort level 1 and experiment 4 center, two experiments, the average level of effort no significant difference; Experiment 3, the lowest average level of effort. Therefore, the level of effort in order agents under different conditions: only internal communication ≥ outside the team internal communication and team communication exist no communication ≥ ≥ only team communication. We get the following conclusions: the team internal communication can significantly improve the level of efforts were prompted team members to better cooperation; communication between the teams will reduce the level of the agent's effort. (3) through the analysis of the test defeating data, we found that: compared with the experimental 1,3,4 experiment the higher the frequency of occurrence of 2-defeating behavior; Experiment 4 defeating behavior centered, Experiment 1 and Experiment 3 the possibility of defeating behavior occurs is smaller, and these two experiments defeating no significant difference in behavior. The comparative analysis can be seen, the communication within the team will lead defeating behavior, and when the team can communicate, subjects will be reduced defeating behavior. (4) from the point of view of communication information table statistics data, when the communication within the team, the test will be more inclined to choose a higher level of effort, more cooperation, the team as a community response to the the pairing opponent defeating behavior. Team communication can be more inclined to reach a consensus agreement, each other-defeating, that the communication between the team will increase the possibility of collusion between the subjects. But when the team internal communication and team communication exist, will to some extent reduce the likelihood conspiracy. To sum up, the team internal communication can promote an agent to improve the level of effort to improve the level of cooperation; while also aggravate the intensity of defeating behavior. Collusion between the agents will increase communication between the team, were more inclined to reach a consensus agreement, both to reduce the level of their own efforts; Precisely because of this, will greatly reduce the possibility of defeating behavior. Recommended corporate management or contest organizers should capture the overall control of the communication conditions that encourage communication within the team, to limit the communication between the team must also take the necessary measures to prevent and reduce defeating collusion incentive employees pay a higher level of effort to obtain greater benefits.
