Abstract

The class teacher is the direct perpetrators of school education and teaching, and to play a role of bridge and link between the students and subject teachers, schools and families. The degree of teacher professional development not only directly restricts the quality of class work, but also related to the overall level of school teachers and schools educating people target the final realization. The important role of the teacher in the school education is necessary to build an ongoing professional development of teacher teams. However, our class teacher professional development level is still relatively low, is still very weak sense of professional development, professional development initiative to improve the level of teacher professional development is a very difficult problem of how to mobilize the class teacher. As Harvard's Professor James said, in case of lack of effective incentives, a person can only play 20% -30% of capacity, while its effective incentive, can play 80% - 90% of the capacity. Can be seen to carry out the importance of effective incentives, which also illustrates the necessity and importance to establish and improve teacher professional development incentives. The paper is divided into the following four parts: Introduction to part, to clarify the research background of this study, the value, as well as research overview, account article ideas, contents and methods of the study. By analyzing the data, I summarized several reasons for these problems, state, school, teacher's own lack of knowledge of teacher professional examination-oriented education led to the weakening of the class teacher status, the expansion of the power of the bureaucratic style of management engulfed teacher professional autonomy.
