Abstract


With the continuous progress of the teacher professionalization, society requires not only to improve teacher training levels and requirements to improve the practice of teacher education and teaching ability, research ability, the ability to reflect and the ability to learn. Social demands on teachers to promote the reform of teacher education. Teacher education practice ability of universal concern. University Normal Schools (mainly) and primary and secondary schools to train teachers in the study has become the focus of attention of domestic and foreign education theory and practice of community, cooperation culture has an important role to promote the professional development of teachers and improve the quality of primary and secondary school education, but the other respect, cooperation is still in the process of exploration, there are various obstacles. This article aims to University of primary and secondary schools by addressing the difficulties and problems encountered in the Teachers' Training to establish the mode of the standardized university joint training of primary and secondary teachers, schools and universities jointly undertake the task of future teachers training to to promote the upgrading of the quality of teacher education. In recent years, the ties between our universities and primary and secondary schools has gradually increased, varying degrees of cooperation between many universities and schools. University of Cooperative Education in primary and secondary teachers have made significant achievements, but from social demands and expectations of the people, there is a great gap between these discussions and the benefits of reform. Chengdu Teachers Colleges and M secondary schools to train teachers status survey and found that there are still many problems in the culture of cooperation, mainly in: 1, cooperation unequal rights; cooperation limitations of time; 3, the lower the frequency of cooperation; cooperation content limitations; 5, cooperation, lack of institutional and organizational arrangements: 6, cooperation, lack of policy and funding support. In this paper, based on analysis of existing teacher training model imperfections, from the point of view of the University and School Partnership School - University of Cooperative Education teacher recommendations: reform of the University of primary and secondary schools to train teachers in the management mechanism; 2, the establishment of the University of jointly strengthen guidance intern, to ensure that the basic conditions of the internship practice; reform teacher evaluation system to improve teacher performance appraisal system; 5, the establishment of multi-disciplinary teaching team with primary and secondary schools to train teachers specification operation mechanism; academic culture and practice of cultural interaction; seek policy and financial support.
