Secondary vocational school students by virtue of a comprehensive system of professional advantage, gained wide job market, a good employment environment and further promote the development of secondary vocational schools, but the current vocational education in schools there are still some shortcomings and deficiencies . In this paper, all in vocational schools in Chongqing, a random sample of 14 schools, each school PE teachers drawn 1-2 (total of 21), students 8-20 Name (total 228) as the research object. By students in vocational schools in Chongqing sports learning attitude, purpose and motivation, teaching content, teaching organization, teaching methods, teaching status sports, stadiums and equipment and other content investigation and analysis, master of secondary vocational institutions in Chongqing sports teaching situation, identify physical education in secondary vocational problems dealing with the problem put forward their own proposals for the reform of vocational education and sports provide the basis for development. The following conclusions: 1 Chongqing PE teachers in vocational schools in younger evident that teachers' qualifications are generally in the degree or above, with a master's degree teachers also increased significantly, but the enthusiasm of teachers to research low level of scientific research is not high, did not meet the requirements of vocational schools physical education; physical education teachers teaching and learning environment has improved compared to the previous, to meet the basic requirements for teachers; physical education teachers exist overburdened, low pay issues, not equal pay for equal work are not enthusiastic high. Two students in vocational schools on sports teaching purposes, the value of understanding the deeper meaning, with the right motivation, learning the purpose of physical education is also very clear, but the physical education learning attitude is not good, some students sports are not interested in the content of teaching so that students like sports not like physical education. 3 majority in vocational schools in twelve grade gym class, multi-implementation of \Objectives of physical education in sports participation, enhance physical fitness, sports skills, physical health, mental health and other aspects are reflected, but the professionalism target in the current vocational teaching objectives are not reflected. Follow the ordinary college physical education physical education model, according to the natural class teaching, lack of vocational education in vocational schools in personality characteristics, does not conform to the characteristics of students in vocational schools, \vocational colleges also not carried out. Physical education content and social demand for talent out of touch with the professional practice in vocational schools are not closely combined with strong characteristics, occupation targeted not strong, career-oriented, practical, suitability, etc., are not reflected, does not reflect the professionalism goal, there is no requirement to take care of the interest of students. Physical education teaching evaluation does not use multi-dimensional evaluation, only the teacher evaluation, no student evaluation, lack of appropriate comprehensive evaluation of students is not conducive to physical ability, physical habits. 4 Chongqing physical education in vocational schools in a serious lack of resources, ownership is far below the national standard. Many schools do not have a standard track and field, basketball court, volleyball court, soccer field and gymnasium and other basic sports facilities, these are the sports teaching order to maintain the necessary hardware facilities, the difference between the number of these hardware facilities are quite large. Some schools can not maintain normal teaching, training, competitions, extracurricular sports activities, sports work difficult.
