Abstract


The part class management , student autonomy has not been revealed. In the period of rapid growth of the knowledge economy , the junior high school students self-awareness is growing strongly . Junior high school students is in line with the self-management of the psychological characteristics of students , but also to meet the objective requirements of social development of talent , and at the same time , democratic and humane legalization scientific trend of the modern student management . Class the importance and necessity of self-management has been recognized by the people , but the lack of systematic research on class self-management , and practical aspects of the research is still relatively weak , a lot of research just stay cadres , health , discipline in the students take turns lower level. How to enhance the awareness and the level of self-management of junior high school students in class from a higher level , become the focus of this article . In this paper, a method of combining theory and practice to define the meaning of self-management class , summarize the characteristics summarized its stage , the will and the status quo of the self-management of junior high school students to carry out empirical surveys and interviews , and data analysis and processing . Surveys and interviews showed that junior high school students have a strong desire to self-management , but students of the degree of self-management is not ideal . This is related to many factors , external factors and internal factors impact . This paper systematically explore the theory of self-management of junior high school students , the use of multi-disciplinary presented some of their own thinking in order to better promote the autonomy of student management , and strengthen the self-management of the class : education should foster the concept of class self-management To strengthen the work of the individual student self-management guide , change the class and the class teacher evaluation mode , the class teacher , education management departments to strengthen the work of the class teacher training , teacher enhance his professionalism and improve their own quality .
