Abstract


The core of education in teaching , teaching lies in teachers . Distinguishing teachers Steering system supervisory organizations of teachers and supervisors for the actual situation and needs of different groups of teachers to rely on the clear teaching standards , differences in supervisory procedures as well as the professional supervisory staff evaluation and guidance of teachers , in order to ensure the quality of teaching and support teacher development teacher supervision system . The teachers supervision system in China ubiquitous ignore the teachers individual differences , can not meet the needs of teachers , and teachers also a lack of awareness and enhance the ability of self- professional . Therefore , China needs to build one can adapt the level of development of teachers to meet the development needs of teachers , but also promote the the teachers active development of teachers Steering system . In this study, based on the status of our teachers Steering to explore , through the development , constitute and implementation of the formation of American primary and secondary distinguish teachers Steering system , summarize the experience , which targeted to provide reference and inspiration for our teachers Steering reform . The study is divided into five parts: Part I , Introduction section discusses the origin of this study , literature review , and the study design ; second part , specifically addressed to the United States from the three aspects of the real background , theoretical basis and the formation process to distinguish the sex teacher Steering system formation. Part III: default from the target four main principles , standard setting and manifestations constitutes specifically addressed the American the discriminative teachers Steering system . Part IV : Choose the Pennsylvania Beierfote school district , for example, the status of implementation of the the American the discriminative teachers Steering system elaborated from the implementation of the preparation and implementation process .
