Abstract


Emerged over the last decade,the naissance of "Mobile Nursing Workstation" have being brought partially the process of nurses execute doctor’s advices into the HIS (Hospital Information System) management areas."Mobile Nursing Workstation" act as the expansion of function and structure of extension in HIS.This topic "Distributed Ward Nursing Workstation" system from the host computer system, the slave computers, RFID tags, among which: the slave computers are composed of handset by nurses, bedside terminals, dispensing tips terminals, electronic bulletin board, they are embedded systems; host computer system consists of PC, software systems, RFID reader modules, printers, speakers and a microphone component. By achieving the functions of "Mobile Nursing Workstation" ,this system enhanced features in the process of checking the relevance of drug and patient during the confecting and dispensing medication. From the perspective of the entire system architecture,it made the ward into a single information-flow entity, and integrate a variety of new features, such as: automated prompts the patient, the video room visits, medical information for patients with limited real-time and opening up; and even with other medical instruments functional integration.The host computer software system developed and was simulated based on common PC, the slave computers software system developed based on common PC, and are mainly based on the existing ARM9 development board to be simulated.
