Abstract


By questionnaire of 78 copies findings were analyzed and studied college students employment situation in China in recent years and its influencing factors . Design questionnaires were distributed and 8,000 copies , 7773 copies of valid questionnaires , preliminary findings , and the establishment of the three types of evaluation to measure the employment situation , including whether the employment indicators , salary level indicators and employment time indicators , again through the column associated tables and analysis of variance analysis of its influencing factors , the biggest factor is whether the employment indicators time of employment , followed by students source ; maximum salary level qualifications influencing factors , followed by professional prospects ; most important factor to affect employment time indicators education, followed by jobs . Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of different professional employment situation , and ranked according to the results of the comprehensive evaluation of professional employment situation found the forestry professional employment situation best, followed by economic class , engineering class , management class , the final ranking while the employment situation Teachers classes. According to the seat of regional economic development level analysis of factors affecting employment . Studies have shown that different level of regional economic development , salary levels and working level of development , in which the salary levels of the PRD is the highest salary level of the Central Plains region is the lowest ; work on the level of development of middle and south Liaoning , Xuzhou work on the level of development of the urban agglomeration lowest . In this paper, the research results , put forward some suggestions for policy , including the recommendations of the graduate school , job to choose .
