Abstract


Cognitive Apprenticeship is based on situated cognition and learning theory build mode of teaching or learning environment , the paper argues that with the teachers' professional development paradigm shift teacher behavior \the context of the concept of teachers 'knowledge of the practice -oriented , cognitive apprenticeship model can provide a lot of inspiration for our university teachers' professional development . This article adhere to the theory building and practice to examine organic combination , that \In the of H College status quo investigation based on the analysis from the perspective of cognitive apprenticeship production proposed two responses: young college teachers' teaching ability training young teachers mentoring \construction and analysis, young teachers can benefit from cognitive apprenticeship , higher-order thinking and problem-solving ability , young teachers teaching ability also will be effectively improved . Is divided into six chapters : The first chapter gives an overview of the proposed research : research ideas, research methods and theoretical significance : Young College Teachers' background of the existing situation . Chapter II Literature Review : focus on research , training and cognitive apprenticeship produced literature review of domestic and foreign university teachers teaching ability . Chapter theoretical assumptions : discusses the connotation of university teachers teaching ability , the Young Teachers Ability and cognitive apprenticeship theoretical assumptions and analysis of its mechanism of action . Chapter status quo : H young college teachers' teaching ability and training of the status quo , the problem put forward recommendations for training . Chapter Countermeasures : from the Perspective of Cognitive Apprenticeship two training strategies and reveal the mechanism of action of countermeasures young college teachers' teaching ability training . Chapter VI Conclusion and Outlook: that the conclusion of the study , limitations and direction of future efforts .
