Abstract


In recent years, with the popularity of the personal computer as well as the rapid development of the Internet , the human society has gradually entered the information society. The most important feature of the information age , the Internet is gradually entering the lives of ordinary people has become an important channel for people to obtain information . Convenience and real-time characteristics of the Internet , in the same time to facilitate people's access to their own information of interest to a large extent for enterprises to save a lot of manpower, material and financial resources and other operating costs . The principal's office of Jilin University , Jilin University the subordinate administrative agency whose mission is to serve the plenary at the school and students .
