Abstract


Performance management is an important part of the management of the institutions of higher learning , is a key link to improve the quality of teaching management , information technology service levels , it is a time-sensitive , heavy workload and the work requires a high degree of accuracy . Based on the the Web technology management information system is the use of advanced computer technology and network technology , realize the sharing of information resources , improve the efficiency and accuracy of various information processing , fast , and accurate to provide users with the information they need . Efficient network management information systems management information to build a network management system based on WEB technology university management is an important task and direction of development . Actual business needs , this thesis is focused on performance management on the reception and development of the system and the design of the back-end database , the use of structured software engineering techniques , the overall design of the system and , on this basis , using ASP.NET technology the detailed design of the main functions of the system . This article briefly describes the current situation and development trend of the domestic study of the information management system , SQL Server database system development platform, and (B / S) architecture . Performance management system implemented in the function of open information management , sharing and query , while a high level of interactivity and security . The development of this system to adapt to the trend of the development of network information , is of great significance for the promotion of teaching management in information technology and standardized .
