Abstract


For a long life cycle and high complexity products, maintenance, repair and overhaul is a necessary prerequisite to ensure that the products continue to be efficient and stable operation. Involved in the maintenance repair and overhaul of the entire service support phase support product data management is a very complex and complicated things. This thesis a variety of data service support phase involves the establishment of a maintenance, repair and overhaul (the Maintenance Repair Overhaul: MRO) of information model, given the construction method EBOM based maintenance BOM, and for the maintenance of the physical parts maintenance, troubleshooting, spare parts, maintenance BOM as the core the MRO of data management to ensure unified management of data service support phase. The paper first analyzes the products and services support stage of the business, the business relationship involved data based on the data classified as stage of products and services support data, and the data generated by this stage and the stage requires feedback data. Based product data management (Product Data Management: PDM) / product lifecycle management (Product the Lifecycle Management: PLM), data management theory, create DesignPar, PhysicalPart, repair, maintenance, problems, work cards and other business object, given each basic attribute information of the object, and the Unified Modeling Language (Unified Modeling Language: UML) class diagrams establish MRO information model. In order to achieve support for service support phase of its business and the unified management of data on the subject of this stage, the thesis presents the maintenance BOM as the core data management mode. Given for the mass production of products based on EBOM building the product neutral structure, as well as building the appropriate location and physical structure of the method, which not only provides a support platform design information service support phase, also achieved, including maintenance, The maintenance plan failure, as well as spare parts, replacement parts and other services to support the unified management of data. Based on the study of business and data products and services support phase, the paper gives the MRO module functions of PLM design and implementation mechanism. Infor-Center PLM foundation platform-based services to support the function module was developed. The module can achieve effective management of data service support phase, thereby improving the quality and efficiency of products and services, the accumulation of the knowledge and experience to enhance the product design capabilities.
