Wavelength Division Multiplexing (WDM) technology greatly improves the large-scale application point transmission capacity to the switching system development has brought new opportunities and challenges. But the \In the long run, only the use of optical switching technology to break through the restrictions. As the implementation of an optional all-optical network switching technology - Optical Burst Switching (OBS), taking into account the limitations of current technology, while fully integrated fusion of optical packet switching (OPS) and optical circuit switching (OCS) of the advantages and overcome its shortcomings, for the realization of all-optical communication network provides an effective solution. Papers in-depth analysis of existing OBS key technologies, based on the proposed enhanced learning mechanism based on the bias-time algorithm, and the wavelength of the existing allocation mechanism has been improved. Finally, the use of OPNET simulation tools to design and implement OBS general simulation platform. The main results are as follows: (1) proposed a mechanism for enhanced learning algorithm for the calculation of offset time. The algorithm can be based on JET (Just-Enough-Time) signaling light cache OBS network, according to the network load and quality of service (QOS) requirements, through enhanced learning, flexibility to set offset time (OT), offset time to make the changes with the network load adaptive. The algorithm can adapt to changes in the state of the network, and supports QoS. (2) proposed wavelength-based virtual link on dynamic wavelength assignment algorithm. The algorithm in a virtual dynamic wavelength allocation based on the increased rate of success according to wavelength transmission wavelength for each node sorting function enables each node to node wavelength wavelength domain sequence according to the local network conditions and traffic updates to changes , and the levels of the wavelength domain nodes can change the state of the network is automatically adjusted to reduce the wavelength of debris, thereby increasing the wavelength utilization, provide better QoS. (3) using the OPNET simulation tool designed a generic OBS network simulation platform. The simulation platform includes edge sending node, edge and core nodes receiving node. In the simulation platform at the edge of the sending node adds enhanced learning agent Agent, and feedback mechanisms. Simulation results show that the scheme can reduce the burst-end delay, to ensure the blocking high priority burst rate as possible while reducing the low priority burst traffic blocking rate, effectively improved the OBS network performance.
