Abstract


Junior is weak in poor rural areas of uneven development of basic education an important performance, not only to the development of basic education in China has brought some harm, and triggered a series of social problems. The main purpose of this study is to improve the effectiveness of rural secondary schools to continuously meet the people's demand for quality education, balanced educational resources to promote educational equity. In this study, combing weak junior basis of relevant literature, we select the former county town of three junior weak as the research object, through its survey to understand weak middle school teachers and leaders working attitudes, perceptions, training, teaching, relationships and institution building, analyzes weak junior software construction deficiencies and weak junior causes; Finally, the sample schools were SWOT analysis, respectively, the relevant government departments and weak school itself made several specific recommendations. The results show that the weak middle school teachers in poor rural areas and the lack of high-level leadership training opportunities for teachers working enthusiasm is not high, can not be content with their jobs, outdated teaching methods, limited capacity, could not do the new curriculum requirements, teacher-student relationship exists. \cold violence \The reasons for these problems in addition to educational resources is not balanced, less investment in education and other external reasons, there are also weak junior own reasons, such as school leadership education concept behind a waste of educational resources, lack of scientific school system, teachers, limited capacity and so is the main cause of weak junior. This study suggests: that government departments should attach great importance to the weak middle school improvement efforts, within the sphere of competence, to create a good environment to improve the weak middle school, junior high school improvement efforts to strengthen the weak guidance and management. But also to strengthen their weak rural junior high school improvement: School leaders should actively seek potential resources for schools; constantly improve their own quality; based on democratic management, the management system so that the school really play a role; stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers in research and weak secondary consciousness. School teachers to full participation in scientific research school, and promote professional development; optimize the teaching process, improve teaching effectiveness and quality; rational use of teaching resources; respecting the development of students' potential to help each student grow; strengthen home-school, improve student achievement ; establish a sense of ownership, and actively participate in school improvement.
