Abstract


The Party Central Committee and the State Council making the decision of building an innovative country, is a major strategic decision. It is a matter of overall socialist modernization. Making China an innovative country, we should emphasize on improving our capacity for independent innovation as a national strategy in all areas of modernization. All educational fronts should regard the cultivation of innovative personnel as their aim. It shows clearly that we need to have our feet firmly planted at moral education so that it can lead the cultivation of innovative personnel very well.The paper is divided into four parts. The first part describes the feature of innovative personnel and the necessity to cultivate them. On the one hand, it refers to the meaning of innovative personnel, summarizes their characteristics, on the other hand from the macro-view, middle-view and micro-view, the paper puts forward that cultivating innovative personnel is the needs of our times. The second part is about the value of moral education in the cultivation of innovative personnel. It is mainly embodied in the following aspects:leading right innovation direction, shaping the individual development of innovative subject and ensuring the innovative process going on very well. The third part is about the new issues which the research of moral education leading innovative personnel is facing. This section mainly analyses the present situation and reasons of current moral education which is not conducive to cultivate innovative personnel and new issues raised by the cultivation of innovative personnel. The fourth part approaches valid countermeasures on moral education leading innovative personnel. Based on the above analysis, the paper offers some methods that are worth thinking and we can make use of. These methods are about changing the concepts of moral education to lay a solid foundation for its leading on innovative personnel, widen the fields to inject elements of the times and enrich the practice to organize feasible platform. The resultant forces of them are the support and guarantee of moral education leading the cultivation of innovative personnel.Not only the country’s prosperity, but also the social progress and the personnel development all depend on large numbers of innovative personnel emerging. As a result, studying this subject, moral education leading the cultivation of innovative personnel, contains extensive and profound significances.
