Abstract


Private enterprises are an important part of the economic entities in China , has a pivotal role in China's economic development , and enhance the viability and development of private enterprises , will have a far-reaching impact on China's economic and social development . Present , China 's private enterprises has been rapid development , but there are also commercial fraud , and the mercenary , unfair competition , and many other issues . In the fierce competition in the domestic and international market , China's private enterprises should deeply reflect on the ethical business practices activities , and strive to find another driver for enterprise development from a moral level . Therefore, strengthening the construction of private enterprise ethics , ethical advantage into a competitive advantage , the development and growth of private enterprises , and enhance China's overall economic strength has important practical significance . The article is divided into five chapters: Chapter 1 Introduction to research the origin and background , the subject research status at home and abroad as well as topics research significance , and my research methods . The second chapter analyzes the meaning of the private enterprises and private business ethics and corporate ethics as compared with the concept of corporate culture and corporate social responsibility , and to further define the meaning of corporate ethics . Subsequent analysis from the stakeholders perspective private enterprise should deal with what internal and external ethical relationship , and then pointed out the importance of private enterprises to strengthen the ethical construction . The third chapter is private enterprise the ethical construction status quo analysis , the first analysis of the current status and development of private enterprises characteristics , followed by private enterprises Demoralization Analysis , and finally from the three aspects of the system , the environment , culture , explore ethical construction of restricting private enterprise of reasons ; Chapter policies and measures to strengthen the ethical construction of private enterprises , including community should provide effective external system supply and the enterprise's own emphasis on the ethical construction as well as private enterprises should actively participate in the social and moral construction practice activities . The fifth chapter is the conclusion , a brief summary of the inevitability of the importance of business ethics and private enterprises to strengthen the ethical construction .
