Abstract

Excellent teachers are teachers of the winners for outstanding teachers to promote the growth experience of reading teacher development is of great significance. In this study, narrative research methods to Dongxiang County, Gansu earthen trenches Malan teachers teaching points as a case study in Northwest Ethnic Regions excellent teachers upbringing. This study consists of three parts. The first part, the first is the study of the origin, purpose and significance of the study made a thorough introduction. Secondly, the growth of domestic and foreign outstanding teachers related literature of the sort. Finally, the author of research ideas and narrative research methods used to do a simple introduction. Finally the author to promote the growth of outstanding teachers put forward relevant countermeasures.
