Abstract


Since the accession to the WTO, medium and small-sized enterprises of our country have got swift and great development .and have already become one of the most competitive economic forces now in our country, Quickening the development of medium and small-sized enterprises has already become the common concerning of our country. However; the financial predicament has been the difficult problem for the medium and small-sized enterprises development .this paper aims at providing several ways for the problem.This paper is start to research form the perspective of financing difficulties. And combine with external actual characteristics of the environment. The paper. Analysis the finance problem of medium and small-sized enterprises completely. We must base on our country’s actual economic and give several to relief the medium and small-sized enterprises difficulty financing effectively.
