Abstract


With the rapid development of China's securities market and increasing competition , the interests of listed companies to become the focus of attention . Many listed companies due to operating inefficiencies and other reasons , resulting in a sharp deterioration in its financial condition , the risk of bankruptcy liquidation . Before the arrival of the financial crisis, how to advance awareness and inform the relevant stakeholders in advance in order to take measures as soon as possible , become an urgent problem . Based on the latest data of listed companies , the use of neural network was constructed based on manufacturing industry listed company's financial crisis early warning model . First, in the analysis of the background and significance , based on the sum of domestic and foreign financial distress status of the study , elaborated the theory of financial crisis early warning , summarizes the causes of the financial crisis , and pointed out the financial distress of the relevant stakeholders significance. Secondly, according to the principle of selecting the financial early warning indicators initially selected reflect the company solvency , profitability , operational capabilities, and the ability to grow cash flow and other aspects of 21 indicators , the use of statistical methods for the selected index and non- parametric tests conducted parametric tests , and finally identified 15 indicators as a financial early warning model arguments. Again, introduces neural network model in the financial early warning application principle . Analysis of the characteristics of neural network and applications ; elaborated algorithm based on BP neural network in the financial early warning of and studied early warning model based on neural network to build the basic process . Finally, build a financial crisis prediction model and the application . Select a sample of listed companies in manufacturing , using BP neural network was constructed based on manufacturing industry listed company's financial crisis early warning model , and the model was tested and applied , summed up the application should pay attention to the problems and limitations of the model .
