Abstract


Since the 20th century , more and more domestic and foreign excellent corporate concern corporate culture. But more and more corporate performance as blind obedience, the development of enterprise culture is ultimately a role to play through its basic functions of the core competitiveness of enterprises to create and enhance impact , thereby promoting enterprise development . The article first summarizes the theoretical overview in the form of theoretical results of previous studies , based on the analysis in this study build target corporate culture , corporate culture system construction summed up the core competitiveness should be the main objective of the formation and build and analyze between the two relationship . Based on the goal to build the core competitiveness of the theoretical basis of this framework for the establishment of enterprise culture system evaluation index system and quantified by means of fuzzy mathematics theory building evaluation index system, the formation of corporate culture quantitative evaluation model . In the empirical research to Keshuo Technology Co., Ltd. for the study, based on a large number of research data , the use of the constructed theoretical evaluation model for evaluation of the status of corporate culture , corporate culture on the status quo to make comprehensive evaluation . In conclusion , based on preliminary analysis of empirical research enterprise as an object to proposed based on ideological core competitiveness of enterprises on the basis of a comprehensive and integrated system solutions to build corporate culture and corporate culture at last, Keshuo specific implementation steps and safeguards. Corporate culture is the one to build the core competitiveness as the main objective of systems engineering. Corporate culture play through the guide for employees , basic functions such as cohesion and constraints core competitiveness of enterprises ultimately affect the formation and development, and thus have an impact on the corporate market . Enterprises in the process of enterprise culture construction work should be combined with its own core competitiveness factors in order to build the core competitiveness of enterprises as the goal, system design corporate culture content , implementation steps and means of implementation.
