Abstract


With the deepening of economic globalization , China shipping how listed companies in this new competitive situation to gain advantage , is currently an important issue to be studied . In all economic -related issues , the incentive problem is one core problem. Senior management as an important enterprise human capital factor inputs , their level of effort and management talent is a key factor in driving corporate performance , and thus the senior management incentive incentive problem is a top priority . This article is based on the principal-agent theory , human capital theory and the theory and algorithms related to EVA for incentive pay shipping executives of listed companies analyzed the current situation , on this basis , combined shipping executives of listed companies the basic objectives of incentive compensation , and ultimately build shipping listed company executive compensation based on EVA incentive programs . This paper discusses the main contents of business executives based on EVA bonus plans and distribution program , meanwhile, made ??with a combination of stock options recommendations .
