Abstract


The rural minimum living security system is state and society for the protection of revenue is difficult to maintain the most basic of life of the rural poor to establish a social relief system , China 's rural population accounts for 60 % of the country's population , and properly solve the minimum living allowance for the majority of poor people in rural areas , has important and far-reaching significance . In this paper, the system of minimum living standard security system in rural China as the research object , seeks deeper and broader understanding of the theoretical perspective , Analyzing the causes , and to propose a solution to provide the basis for promoting the development of China's rural social security system . Based on the use of the theory and methods , mainly from the following aspects . First , the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of China 's rural minimum living security system . Mainly from the operation of the Chinese rural minimum living security system , mode selection, guaranteeing the crowd determined assessment approved , etc. , to elaborate at this stage rural minimum living security system construction . Analysis of the existing problems of the rural minimum living security system in China .
