Abstract


With the global economic integration and the evolution of social and economic structure of the county at the national and regional development in the increasingly prominent status , county increasingly fierce competition between , how to enhance the competitiveness of the county economy has become a public issue of universal concern , the county economic competitiveness evaluation has become an essential prerequisite . In this paper, Xinxiang, Henan eight counties ( city ) as the research object , trying to build Xinxiang county economic competitiveness evaluation index system, to each county Xinxiang socio-economic development and competitiveness enhancement to provide an effective analysis methods and tools for the county to enhance the overall competitiveness of the Government to formulate countermeasures provide a theoretical basis and practical guidance . In this paper, attract domestic and foreign competitiveness evaluation of research results , based on the redefinition of the county's comprehensive concept of competitiveness , designed on two levels , including six 19 indicators Xinxiang county economic competitiveness evaluation index system ; then using factor analysis and cluster analysis for the competitiveness of Xinxiang County were evaluated . By analyzing the competitive evaluation found Xinxiang county economic competitiveness show differentiation states: Xinxiang County belong to the first group more competitive , Huixian , Weihui , Changyuan and Walker County are integrated the general level of competitiveness of the second group , while Yanjin County , Yuanyang and Fengqiu County formed a third group less competitive . Finally, this paper based on the actual development of the counties currently proposed to enhance the overall competitiveness of the county county policy recommendations .
