About Site Selecting of the Logistics Industry Park Towards South and North Korea in Huanghai’s Flank along Liaoning’s Coastal Economic System

Abstract


In 2009,<The development project of the costal economic system in Liaoning> was approved by Chinese State Council so that Liaoning costal areas were included by strategy of national development as a whole developing region. Moreover Huanghai’s flank has a lot of potential ability of development because of its strength of the unique location. In addition,<The development project of the costal economic system in Liaoning> mentioned that Huanghai’s flank would develop Zhuanghe industry park、Huangyuankou economic region、Dengshahe dock industry park、Changshan islands economic region、Piyang island economic region and Dandong industry park. On the other hand, for the customer in hinterland and the companies in the industry parks the huge logistics industry park will structure the public web base on the foundation of the developed industry park, and provide the quick and the low cost logistics service using the logistics platform. Consequently, the thesis considers Liaoning Province as the hinterland of Huanghai’s flank, gives priority to the logistics industry park of the international trade mainly towards North Korea and South Korea which serves for the industry parks of Hanghai’s flank.The rationality of the site selection of the logistics industry park determines the benefit situation of the whole logistics network, because the reasonable site selection benefits saving logistics cost and reduce the risk of investment; promote the development of the regional economic, preserve the environment, and relief the stress of the city traffic. However, there is a lack of the complete scientific analysis, blindness and unreasonable outcome of the site selection in the location decision of the domestic logistics industry park in order that the park will be trapped by its bad operation and bring the big loss of regional economic and logistics companies after construction. Therefore, the research about how to select the site of logistics industry parks and how to solve the problems during the site selection will enhance the science and rational, and help to refer to the development of the Liaoning costal economic system.The first of all, the thesis analyzed the background of the generation and development of the logistics industry parks, the present research situation of site selection, and the construction layout of Huanghai’s flank in<The development project of the costal economic system in Liaoning>, in which it is reflected the chance and challenge when constructing the international trade towards North Korea and South Korea, specifically base on the above analysis and the present actual situation in Liaoning Province including the present traffic situation in Liaoning, the import and export situation of North Korean and South Korean trade, and the feasibility of building the logistics industry park of North and South Korean trade. Eventually, it is built import and export system of the North and South Korean trade through the Huanghai’s flank logistics industry park in Liaoning Province, and a site-selection module base on transportation system to find the best solution which help to confirm where the logistics industry park will be built in Huanghai’s flank and the final project.
