Abstract


Interests of migrant workers to express the problem is not a simple resource allocation problem , more than a mere interest in fight action reflects both the current worsening of underlying damage to the interests of the people and interests of the lack of expression mechanism behind this action , the grim reality more implicit underlying social groups fight for the political aspirations of the \This paper argues that different social classes have different interests and aspirations of different migrant workers have different political . From the current research , there are studies of migrant workers thinking is still stuck in the \Action of expression of interest is broken down into four areas: institutional expression of daily interest action activism within the system , institutional expression of interests outside the day-to-day actions and institutional activism . Through empirical study , four variables of individual characteristics , socio-economic status , social identity and social networks to analyze the relevant factors that affect the interests of migrant workers to express their behavior . The results show that the current interests of migrant workers to express their wishes lower interest demands that focused primarily on three aspects of pay, children's education and work environment . The same time, the interests of migrant workers express action mainly expressed interests within the system action to express path according to situational changes in performance from the informal to the formal , within the system outside the system transformation and upgrading process . Age between 40-51 years of age , education level , monthly income , the high degree of trust of political institutions , the wide range of contacts in and the credibility of the circle of migrant workers tend to take the interests of expression action ; trust of age , political institutions and circle range of migrant workers whether to take action expression of interests within the system have a significant impact . Accompanied by the emergence of the new generation of farmers , seeking a sense of identity has become an important interest demands . The identity of the migrant workers , social identity and social capital reconstruction is important.
