Abstract


Construction industry , twenty years of the early eighties of the last century, the first to enter the market , Zhejiang Province, the construction industry has been sustained and healthy and rapid development , however, the development of the construction industry in Zhejiang Province degree of harmony is an urgent need to focus on and the current so far but studies rarely . This study on the basis of the literature review , the harmonious development of the construction industry is defined , based on the input-output analysis , build a harmonious development of the evaluation system for the construction industry in Zhejiang Province , using data envelopment technology and artificial neural network method Zhejiang Construction development harmony overall evaluation , ranking and explanation of the development of the construction industry in Zhejiang province around the city harmony Using factor analysis and cluster analysis . Over the past decade , construction output in Zhejiang Province is located not only in the country, and its investment in the use of resources is also high degree of harmony in the grade of \show that in Shaoxing City , Zhejiang Province, within the top two with the development of the construction industry in Hangzhou has reached the level of \Cluster analysis of the Zhejiang Province eleven cities harmonious development of the construction industry were divided into four categories . Cities hierarchy cluster analysis and factor analysis harmony ranking exactly , just based on the the H average value calculated around the city ranking than the factor analysis to calculate the ranking slightly forward , high harmonious development of the construction industry in Zhejiang Province cities and cities adjacent temporary backward positive role in boosting .
