Abstract


User research file the first part of the study , the user has a comprehensive role in promoting research on file open access business organization and management , The reason , one file open access business must be organized by user needs , changes in the information environment and social development is reflected in the user information needs and behavioral changes . With the FOI -depth implementation of the Archives of users and their information needs showing the new features and facing a new dilemma . Archives of user information needs in the government information disclosure environment characteristics and focus on what ? Archives should be based on what kind of perspective to locate their own role ? Manner in which to address the challenges of complex user information needs ? These are all worthy file workers concern and thought . The article set up a total of five chapters , the opening sequence On some key account of the purpose and significance of this research project , the research status are described and proposed articles of innovation and research ideas and methods . The second chapter is an overview and analysis of the theory of archives users and the information needs of government information disclosure environment . Mainly defined the research object, and then describes the theoretical basis of the the files user information needs , and to lay a solid foundation for empirical research . The third chapter is the empirical research and analytical studies . On all aspects of the analysis based on site visits at all levels in Guangxi comprehensive archives and user survey . The fourth chapter is in full on the basis of theoretical analysis and practical investigation with the FOI depth , build a file user information needs -oriented , based on the development of archival information resources sharing , service model innovation maintain the Guangxi files career development situation and expand the three-dimensional integrated service mechanism. The fifth chapter is the conclusion , pointed out the lack of the starting point for research in this article with the author , archives user should the government information disclosure as an opportunity to turn challenges into opportunities , improve the file the user information needs service mechanism , the real implementation of the majority of users' needs and With the right of the file .
