Abstract


Chemistry and Chemical industry is the main industry of hazardous waste generated , accounting for 72% of the total amount of hazardous waste , chemical hazardous waste generation and composition tends to increase with the amount of product variety , production processes, equipment of different size and quality of raw materials are quite different . Therefore , the estimated chemical industry hazardous waste generation factor , there will be conducive to a comprehensive systematic grasp of all kinds of chemical companies and a variety of production processes generate hazardous waste , to prevent a false declaration and registration of hazardous waste , targeted to monitor its flow , to avoid hazardous waste the flow of social cause environmental pollution, chemical industry will effectively do the work for hazardous waste management reality. Liaoning Province is hazardous waste than the larger provinces. According to declare the registration , Liaoning Province, in 2004 the amount of hazardous waste produced 2,083,000 t. Especially large petrochemical , Liaoning Province , chemical companies are more variety and quantity of hazardous waste generated is also larger share , of which 16 large enterprises of hazardous waste generated total close to 500 000 t, accounting for a quarter of the province's total generating capacity world.
