Abstract


With China 's rapid socio-economic development , people 's living standards continue to improve , the number of all types of motor vehicle use is increasing , this is a great impact on our air quality of the environment , and how to let people enjoy the economic development transport facilities, and can effectively reduce vehicle emissions harmful to the environment , more and more become a serious problem in front of the environmental Protection workers at all levels . In this paper, the experiences and practices of the domestic and international governance motor vehicle exhaust , and how to use the Shenyang municipal government departments , economic, administrative and technical means to match to govern motor vehicle exhaust , some of the measures and methods to solve problems by analyzing vehicle exhaust the need for governance factors and the difficulties faced by the analysis of the status of the vehicle exhaust governance , to fumble an urban vehicle exhaust governance new ideas to improve the level of the city vehicle exhaust governance management .
