Abstract


Ionic liquids as a new medium , has a strong microwave absorption . Established a novel microwave assisted extraction , ionic liquid microwave assisted extraction (Ionic liquid microwave assisted extraction, ILMAE), used to extract the volatile oils in the spices , and the composition of the volatile oil by gas chromatography mass spectrometer analysis . The utilize ILMAE extract of dried tangerine peel and ginger volatile oil , and microwave-assisted and traditional water distillation (HD) and volatile oil obtained by water distillation (MAHD) compared Experimental results show that the ionic liquid does not react with the volatile oil components in the plant , it is a good medium microwave extraction . And dried plant samples without any pre-treatment , the ionic liquid is added to the microwave extraction system , without stirring can be extracted directly , to make the experiment more simple . Ionic liquids as microwave absorbing medium instead of conventional organic solvents , solid-state microwave absorption medium ( carbonyl iron powder and graphite ) , the establishment of a high-pressure microwave -assisted ionic liquid non-polar solvent extraction ( ILNPSME ) . The chemical composition of star anise , and clove ILNPSME extraction with water distillation France ( HD ) , the polar solvent extraction method (PSME) and a mixed solvent extraction method (CSME) compared with experimental results show that , ILPSME can serve as a simple , environmentally friendly , qualitative analysis method .
