Abstract

With the vigorous development of China's highway network and the automotive industry, the development of both a low rolling resistance, high pavement grip and excellent wear resistance, high-performance tires, has become a major issue of national science and technology progress. Tire performance on the one hand on the structure meridian, on the other hand have Correspondingly, high-performance rubber. Styrene / isoprene / butadiene copolymers (i.e., integrated rubber SIBR) is characterized by both flexible butadiene rubber similar molecular chain segment, there are rigid SBR segment, to reduce both tire rolling resistance and improve its anti-slippery, so it is the ideal material for the development of high-performance radial tires. Rubber as a tread rubber having a high trans-structure which can improve the tire wear resistance, tear strength and low temperature properties. Therefore, the preparation of high trans SIBR is the development trend of the tread rubber. This thesis first synthesized group barium of diethylene glycol monoethyl ether, diethylene glycol monoethyl ether group and barium (BaDEGEE) / composite initiator system of triisobutylaluminum (TIBA) / n-butyl lithium (n-BuLi), cyclohexane as a solvent, the use of anionic polymerization Preparation of trans-adjustable structure, high-trans butadiene / styrene copolymer (TSBR), and high-trans butadiene / isoprene / styrene copolymer ( TSIBR). This paper systematically studied the impact of the trigger system for the polymerization reaction. Polymerization kinetics and polymer microstructure, molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of the thermal and mechanical properties of meticulous research. Throughout the entirety following conclusions: 1. The three yuan initiator system in the regulation of the content of trans structural is Ba coinitiator coinitiators agent and Al together with n-BuLi ligand synergistically increases the trans-1, 4 structure content As a result, the two co-initiator together, both are indispensable, as the initiator of Al / Li improve polymer structure first increases and then decreases when the Al / Li 4 / 4 maximum. 2 for the first time using BaDEGEE / TIBA / n-BuLi initiator system was successfully synthesized the high trans TSBR trans-adjustable structure of the butadiene segment. When the part polybutadiene trans-structure is less than 80%, no melting peak in the DSC curve of the copolymer, while the trans - 1,4-structure content of greater than 80%, copolymers DSC curve appears a cold crystallization and the melting peak, and it is structured with the trans structural content increased copolymer stereoregularity becomes good crystallization phenomenon. By hydrogen NMR spectrum can be seen in the resulting TSBR polystyrene block, in the DMA spectra appear wide spacing of doublets, with the increase in trans-configuration of the two peaks broadened. 3 for the first time using BaDEGEE / TIBA / n-BuLi initiator system synthesized by the high-trans butadiene segment trans structural adjustable the SIBR. The GPC chart of the polymer shows the distribution of the molecular weight distribution of the unimodal; DSC test known copolymers only one glass transition temperature (Tg), and Tg is gradually increased with increasing trans-structure content in the copolymer; combined The hydrogen NMR spectrum analysis known The resulting SIBR as random copolymer rather than a mixture or a block copolymer. The synthetic copolymer DMA test at home and abroad to sample comparison TSIBR overall performance better than other samples.
