Abstract


The thesis is divided into two chapters , discusses the new 2,3 - dihydro - [ 4,5 - d ] pyrimidine-4 - Ketones in the design and synthesis . The first chapter introduces the pyrimidine and binary heterocyclic compounds in the field of pharmaceutical and biotechnology applications and significance , as well as 2,3 - dihydropyrimidine-4 - one ring compounds of biological activity and synthesis methods , and summarized in this topic the research work of the group imide ring-closing reaction leads to the purpose and significance of the experiments in this thesis . Chapter II development as a key step to the imide ring closure reaction of 2,3 - dihydropyrimidine [ 4,5 - d ] pyrimidine-4 - Synthesis of ketones and completed on this basis, a representative construction of derivatives libraries .
