Abstract


Innovation is management processes which can help enterprises obtain "extra profits" through the new "combination" of production conditions and production factors which has never occurred before. Innovation is soul for a Nation in achieving progress, and is the source for a country to maintain continuously prosperity. Enterprise innovation based on potential market opportunities can help to gain more market profit by establishing or reorganizing more powerful, efficient, and low-costed internal product activities systems. Enterprise innovation also contributes a lot to the social development. Innovation is playing a more and more important role in social and economic development, and is essential to an enterprise in order to survive and develop in the market.As China becomes a member country of WTO, the traditional way of managing and operating a company is no longer sufficient. Market-oriented economy becomes dominated, and an enterprise can no longer reply on government’s guide and support for its developing. Technological innovation helps enterprise to gain capability of competitiveness, and it is an effective weapon for all Chinese enterprise to survive and win.The difficulties in enterprise innovation are the choice of innovation strategy, and the applying of innovation. This article is to study the new innovation strategy of SMG, trying to analyze and conclude the best and most suitable way of technological innovation and innovation management for Chinese enterprise.There are totally 6 chapters in this article. The abstract is to declare the background, and to discuss the purpose of this article, and also the introduction of the reference documents. Chapter 1 is to introduce the theory and feature of enterprise technological innovation. Chapter 2 is to introduce the current background of enterprise technological innovation in SMG. Chapter 3 is to introduce the current strategy of enterprise technological innovation in SMG. Chapter 4 is to introduce the current way applying enterprise technological innovation in SMG. Chapter 5 is to introduce the policies & regulations in SMG in promoting of enterprise technological innovation. Chapter 6 is to summarize the article.In writing this article, the author is trying to analyze the current enterprise innovation status, to find some new ideas and solutions for Chinese enterprise’s technological innovation. He hopes it will helps in improving the Chinese enterprise’s innovation capability.
