Abstract

Black shank of tobacco ( the manfacturing black shank ) is a pathogenic variant of by the parasitic Phytophthora tobacco ( Phytophthora nicotianae ) caused by a global tobacco disease . Chongqing tobacco-growing areas in recent years the tobacco black shank serious , resulting in huge economic losses . In this paper, three soil microbial number in the tobacco fields of soybeans, mung bean intercropping , soil beneficial microorganisms antagonistic tobacco black shank number of changes in the soil of tobacco black shank distribution of surveys, research on tobacco fields intercropping soybeans, mung beans adjust the soil microorganisms, control of tobacco black shank disease . The main results are as follows: Determination of soil microbe number of tobacco vigorous and mature during The results showed : intercropping tobacco fields mung beans, soybeans rhizosphere total microbial population was significantly higher than the tobacco rhizosphere ; intercropping mung bean , soybean rhizosphere soil bacteria and actinomycetes in the same growth stages are higher than tobacco rhizosphere , and the number of soil fungi showed opposite results ; higher than the total amount of soybean rhizosphere microbial bean rhizosphere . 2 Tablet confrontation , confrontation between the experimental isolated bacteria and actinomycetes tobacco black shank , through the analysis showed that the number of statistical antagonistic bacteria , yellow bean rhizosphere soil antagonistic of Phytophthora bacteria and put line the number of bacteria in the the tobacco vigorous growth and maturity is higher than the tobacco rhizosphere soil ; nicotianae antagonism bacteria smaller proportion of the total number of bacteria , and antagonistic actinomycetes in total actinomycetes a larger proportion in the number of bacteria ; decline in the number of tobacco growing period of the tobacco fields of antagonistic bacteria , and antagonistic actinomycetes in connection with the contrary, a growing trend . Organization trapping method and use of selective oats medium separation quantified intercropping tobacco Tobacco Field Phytophthora , followed by the identification of isolates . The identification of the product obtained results show that the separation of tobacco Phytophthora . The experimental data analysis showed that intercropping tobacco fields of soybeans, mung bean rhizosphere soil of tobacco Phytophthora groups was significantly lower than the number of tobacco rhizosphere .
