Soybean is an important oil crops and food crops. Soybean fields of herbicide application has a wide range of non-target effects of herbicides has drawn increasing attention. Soybean root rot of soybean seedling disease. The project on the interactions between the herbicides, soybean root rot fungus and soybean were studied to explore the impact of herbicides on soybean root rot. Selection diphenyl ether herbicides used in soybean fields fomesafen (fomesafen), amide herbicides acetochlor (acetochlor), metolachlor (metolachlor), Triazine herbicides metribuzin (metribuzin) heterocyclic herbicide different oxadiazon pine (clomazone) 4 5 kinds of herbicides, soybean root rot fungus mycelium growth in the indoor dry weight of mycelium impact on soybean growth impact on soybean defense enzymes, the field investigation of its impact on soybean root rot incidence and yield. 1. Mycelial growth of soybean root rot fungus Fusarium sp (Fusarium oxysporum) measurement results show that the most virulent acetochlor, EC50 251.36 mg / L; followed by metolachlor, different The oxadiazon loose metribuzin; virulence weakest Fomesafen 2468.88 mg / L, EC50. The results showed that the soybean root rot fungus mycelium dry weight determination, different herbicides on Fusarium mycelium dry weight was inhibited, and the inhibition increased with the pharmaceutical dose increases gradually enhanced. Dose of 400 mg / L, the the acetochlor inhibition rate highest, followed by clomazone, metolachlor, metribuzin, the inhibitory effect of the worst fomesafen. 3 of the soybean plant height and fresh weight affect inhibition increased with the increase in herbicide use, reduced inhibition increased with the growth of the soybean. Of metolachlor in 3750 mL/hm2 in the first 15d of plant height and fresh weight inhibition rate up to 20.18% and 28.92% a; Fomesafen 1500 mL/hm2 15d of plant height of the lowest inhibition rate of 4.44% ; metribuzin 450 g / hm2 15d on the lowest fresh weight of 1.37%; of acetochlor 1800 mL/hm2 in the first 45d of plant height maximum inhibition rate was 7.99%; for 3750 mL/hm2 of metolachlor section 45d of fresh weight inhibition rate up to 11.34%; fomesafen 1500 mL/hm2 in section 45d of plant height minimum inhibitory rate 0.82%; clomazone 750 mL/hm2 the 45d pair of fresh weight inhibition The lowest rate of -2.54%. 4 field survey results show that, the disease index lower than that of the control from low to high in the two-leaf stage soil treatment agent: fomesafen plus acetochlor 1800 1500,1200 1500, 1800 2100,1200 2100mL/hm2; fluorine sulfonamides grass The ether mL/hm2 1800,1500; Metribuzin 600 g/hm2; and fluorine the sulfonamides Ethoxyfen 1200 mL/hm2; the manual weeding District; fomesafen plus metolachlor 1800 2500 mL/hm2. The foliar treatment from low to high in the two-leaf stage disease index lower than that of the control agent is: the fomesafen 1800,1500 mL/hm2; Fomesafen and clomazone 1200 800,1800 800mL/hm2. Trefoil stage disease index lower than that of the control soil treatment agent Metribuzin 600 g/hm2. The foliar treatment agent different oxadiazon loose were higher than that of the control in the two-leaf stage and three-leaf stage disease index, with the dose increased disease index decreased. Application of herbicides field affect soybean yield factor results show that the acetochlor 1500 mL/hm2, the metribuzin and 500 and 600 g/hm2, the metolachlor 2500 mL/hm2, metribuzin plus acetochlor 600 g/hm2 2100 mL/hm2, metribuzin plus metolachlor 6002500 600 g/hm2 3500 mL/hm2, isoxazol grass pine 1200 mL/hm2 the manual weeding District constitute in various production factors are good than the control. The results showed that the application of herbicides, the field soybean production was measured most herbicide application bean field production are higher than that of the control, production there are significant differences between the treatments, the highest yield per plot soil treatment metribuzin plus metolachlor 600g/hm2 2500mL / hm2 to 6.61kg was increased by 34.9%; plot yield the lowest foliar treatment fomesafen 1800mL / hm2 cut of 3.93 kg compared with the control 19.8% 7. 5 kinds of defense enzymes activity measurement The results showed that only herbicide treatment can cause soybean vivo PPO, POD, CAT, PAL, SOD activity of varying degrees of change occurred, except CAT activity slightly increased activity of both first elevated reduce the trend. The trend of reduced treatment with herbicides and inoculated together, except PAL activity slightly elevated enzyme activity have increased at first, but the enzyme activity is different from the only herbicide applications processing. Soybean own defense mechanisms that pathogen infection can cause change.
