Conclusion: Renal oncocytoma is a good biological characteristics of renal tumors , subclinical , early diagnosis depends on imaging studies . B ultrasound , CT, MRI and other imaging studies of the tumor has an important value , but the differential diagnosis of limited significance . Comprehensive medical history and imaging characteristics should consider the diagnosis of renal oncocytoma final diagnosis still rely on the postoperative pathologic , select nephron sparing tumor resection is the of renal oncocytoma preferred treatment means . Accurate diagnosis to avoid postoperative adjuvant therapy to bring patients spiritual and material pressure .
