Abstract


The lactating breast cancer patients with endocrine changes of carcinoid affect breast cancer during pregnancy is similar to , and often collectively referred to as the two breast cancer during pregnancy . The diagnostic criteria for primary breast cancer during pregnancy , lactation or postpartum within 1 year of diagnosis . Pregnancy and lactation breast cancer to foreign reports accounted for all pregnant women, 1 /10, 000 to 1 /3000 , accounting for 2.8% of all breast cancer , reported in China accounted for 1 % to 8% of all breast cancer . The pathogenesis is still unknown . More and more research data tells us that ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation treatment of early breast cancer , a significant effect , fewer complications and to maintain the integrity and minimally invasive breast is better than breast-conserving surgery (tumor extended resection ) can alternative to breast-conserving surgery and combination of adjuvant therapy , to achieve the idealized results . And no any RF ablation of breast cancer during pregnancy . But in the same time to achieve the desired therapeutic purpose consider the minimally invasive aspect is also desirable. As with other tumor diseases can be considered minimally invasive the lactating breast cancer can also find better treatments for the program that is minimally invasive . This study sheep mammary tissue of lactating associated with pregnancy conventional radiofrequency ablation , immediately after the lesion from the skin surface 1cm away from the base of 1cm . Naked eye dimmed to about 1.5cm × 1.5cm × 1.5cm , section, lobular atrophy , duct dilatation cell secretory dysfunction , interstitial congestion and little inflammatory cell infiltration . 3 months after ablation zone the gray cut milk the pool See antral jelly District . Microscopic lobular atrophy, dysfunction of the cells to secrete duct dilatation . With the deepening of radiofrequency ablation treatment principle study , the efficacy of radiofrequency ablation technology continues to improve local tumor treatment will be further improved.
