Abstract


Breast cancer is a systemic disease . With the progress of the study , the breast cancer early distant micrometastases and distant metastatic foci between the more and more obvious . This requires a breast disease specialist compared topical treatment means more emphasis on the systemic treatment of breast cancer , but also should minimize the topical treatment of side injury . By pathologic results , we could see that the vast majority of patients with early-stage breast cancer still withstand a certain degree of over- treatment of axillary lymph node dissection . This runs counter to guarantee the treatment effect under the current philosophy of minimizing surgical trauma . Therefore in order to further narrow the range of axillary lymph node dissection surgery must have a deeper level of the law of axillary metastasis of breast . Previous stage of academic axillary lymph node metastasis in mainly in age, menopausal status , primary tumor size, location , histological type and macro - statistical factors of axillary lymph node metastasis probability . Research focus of axillary lymph node metastasis in turn to the quantitative relationship between the factor and groups of lymph node metastasis more refinement of molecular prediction of lymph node metastasis . In the past topics similar to this study , the researchers of lymph node metastasis in group Ⅲ more focused on . Concluded the majority of early breast cancer patients from the first group Ⅲ lymph node dissection . But for most of our armpits negative patients with early , there is still room for further reducing the possibility of over-treatment . This study as the focus of the law of the axillary lymph nodes metastasis research , and focuses on early stage breast cancer more common group Ⅰ, Ⅱ transfer , in order to find a further part of the early patients narrow the range of possibilities of axillary surgery .
