Abstract


Based on the status of female offenders prison labor management , especially the infringement of a legitimate labor rights and interests of female offenders , a profound analysis of the positioning of the nature of our prisons in the management of female offenders prison labor and the problems in the study of prison for female offenders status quo and development trend of the field of labor management within the prison . Our long-term closed prison management mode to prison for female offenders prison labor management touched on a layer of mystery . Many experts and scholars on the prison system have raised a lot of development envisaged , but mostly of the prison female offenders prison labor management situation is the lack of in-depth , direct understanding and a lack of maneuverability . This article aims to compare from the point of view of history and the reality of domestic and foreign criminals prison labor management , female offenders in prison labor management concept , the nature , characteristics and basic principles expounded on the female offenders prison labor management status sort out the analysis of the causes , the basic concept of female offenders prison labor management , and on this basis to improve the management of female offenders prison labor countermeasures .
