Abstract


Since the beginning of the twenty-first century, the logistics of this new term in China by more and more attention. The emergence of third-party logistics, to the enterprise has injected new vitality, \Third-party logistics industry has become the mainstream of the future development of the logistics industry and new economic growth point, known as the 21st century's gold industry. The third-party shipping logistics is the core of the third-party logistics industry in its infancy, the third-party shipping logistics management mode, the responsibility system to the cargo transportation industry and the associated legal to have a huge impact and challenges. The third-party shipping logistics into the system and regularization of development at this stage is an urgent need to establish and perfect the system of third-party shipping logistics supporting third-party shipping logistics insurance system is one of the important part. The risk involved in this article from the third-party shipping logistics start, based on the existing the cargo transportation law and the terms of the related insurance, maritime logistics operators of third party liability regime, logistics liability insurance coverage third party insurance of maritime logistics related legal issues and put forward their point of view. Hope for the establishment of our third-party shipping logistics insurance system to provide some reference value. This paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter through the introduction of third-party logistics background, introduced the concept of a third-party shipping logistics insurance. After a brief description of the origins of our third-party shipping logistics insurance, elaborated on China to establish the need for third-party shipping logistics insurance system. The second chapter a detailed analysis of the risk of a third party involved in maritime logistics, a thorough analysis of the industry risks from different angles, the premise and foundation below the third-party shipping logistics insurance. The third chapter of the dispersion of the third-party shipping logistics insurance logistics risks are discussed, mainly on the insurance coverage of third-party shipping logistics, as well as third-party maritime logistics operator's liability system. Chapter proposed the idea to establish a third-party shipping logistics insurance system in our country, the nature of the third party insurance of maritime logistics, give a third person directly litigation claims and insurers involved in selecting the right balance mechanism, and Finally, the proposed changes to human security logistics liability insurance provisions.
