Abstract


Important role and presence of the problem based on the current development status of rural aging , especially the pension problems of the elderly population in rural areas , a profound analysis of the rural old-age security mechanism to study the government should be in this area of the rural elderly population aged incurs responsibility and the need to provide policy protection . Currently, for a lot of study of the aging of the population , but solely on the problem of the aging of the rural population and rural elderly population of the pension problem , as well as the responsibility of the Government and is not very clear . In fact, the government should be in the rural old-age security , health care , development of the rural economy and the development of the older industries , has a very important role , can not be replaced . Solve the pension problems of the rural elderly population , the Government , through the adjustment of social security , health care , the development of rural economy and older industries and other relevant policies , the phase coherence of the rural old-age and city pension effectively strengthen rural old-age security , the integration of urban and rural development establish equality and harmonious social environment , to defuse the urban and rural contradictions of great significance .
