Abstract


Civil service corruption has always been a troublesome problem, governments around the world have to face each country during the different efforts and try to solve this problem . Civil property declaration system as an effective means of preventing corruption , many countries and regions in the world has built up and play with different effects , the system has been widely recognized in the world , according to the local history, culture and real-world conditions . The civil service property declaration system based on the one kind of coercion to force public officials truthfully openly accept supervision of the private property of individuals and family members , and its authenticity and legitimacy . National People's Congress as early as 1988 , the drafting of the draft provisions of the state administrative staff reports on property and income . Summed up the meaning of the Civil Service property declaration system , the analysis of the role and significance of the Civil Service property declaration system . The second chapter describes the property declaration system of China's civil service of the history and the current situation and existing problems . Chapter III summarizes the advanced experience of the property declaration system in the United States and Singapore , the establishment and implementation of the civil service property declaration system to provide some experience for our country . Fourth chapter proposes concrete measures to improve the property declaration system of China's civil service .
