Abstract


In the information age , the increasingly competitive world , the only practical and innovative ability of people to an invincible position in the fierce competition . Educational Technology as a comprehensive discipline , under realistic conditions , more and more training institutions , managers , scholars , instructors , all eyes are focused in the training of the professional graduate practical ability . So, how to effectively cultivate the practical ability of the Educational Technology graduate to become one of the focus of attention of many scholars . This paper attempts to solve such problems : the grasp of education discussed the concept of \technology Postgraduate Practical Ability Training status quo. Current practice ability to understand , summarize the main problems existing in China 's Educational Technology graduate practice ability . Countermeasures and propose solutions for the main problems , improve the Educational Technology graduate practical ability .
