Abstract


Macro-control of the Government, as the job market , and has important functions in regulating human resources market and the provision of public employment services . Employment policies as government employment planning, one of the tools to protect public interest , plays an important role in the Government to promote the employment of college graduates . THEORY OF LIABILITY from the government to promote employment , the responsibility of the government to promote the employment of college graduates , the employment of college graduates in China Reform of college graduates facing employment situation , particularly in the financial crisis on the impact of the employment of college graduates , on the shortcomings of our government to promote employment in the employment of college graduates . In reference to the measures taken by the Government of the United States , France , Germany and Hong Kong and other countries and regions in promoting the employment of college graduates on the basis of a clear understanding of the situation , clarify ideas , put forward in the current situation should be further strengthened to promote the employment of college graduates government responsibility , by the government 's macro-control policy adjustments , and to promote more college graduates in employment .
