Abstract


The right to education is a basic human rights , fundamental rights protected by the Constitution , and has suability . Every citizen has an equal right to education , the children of migrant workers , however , due to the limitations of the social environment and national policies as well as lead to some problems due to migrant workers , there are some obstacles to realize the right to education , their education opportunities school hardware facilities , faculty , etc. are not subject to the same treatment as the city's children naturally chilling , so the status of the educational results .
