Abstract


In today's rapid development of information technology, businesses are constantly advancing electronic process, in this process of knowledge accumulated a lot of electronic documents. These documents are scattered in various employees, departments and business units, can not be orderly and rational utilization of finishing. Duplication of effort and inefficient production efficiency, forming a very embarrassing situation: on the one hand, we have a lot of information content, on the other hand, these documents obtained from the knowledge we need is difficult. Knowledge within the organization are basically related to the field of knowledge, with specialized terminology to describe the characteristics of precision, and the use of ordinary users have a certain gap, so although the documentation of higher quality, but the user can not use the popular natural language be retrieved, as never retrieved documents, can not play its role. Therefore, faced with organizational knowledge management and use of these two important questions: (1) how to better manage organizational knowledge of the document, the formation of labeled accurately and orderly organization's storage format? (2) how the gap between experts and ordinary users a connecting bridge to the search criteria does not impinge on the user's input requirements are too strict, but can return to a relatively high correlation with the documentation? paper proposes a label for knowledge documents with keywords (in the absence of ambiguity circumstances, hereinafter also referred to as \The basic idea is: First, to build a more complete domain thesaurus structure, and then the document keyword tagging, and then build from the word yuan to keywords, to the knowledge of the document's two keyword index structure, store the index file ; the user's search, we first follow the first-level index structure for the conversion of keyword query words to calculate the semantic similarity, then a second-level index structure query returns documents that meet the requirements. This paper also proposes to personalize for keywords customized approach to achieve the retrieval by judging the word belongs domains for more precise retrieval conditions peel, reducing the ever need to switch between different search terms brought inefficient . To the original thesaurus to expand, we propose a rule-based CRFs with subject access constraint processing methods. Experimental results show that this method is simple to use than conventional CRFs can achieve better results. Currently, according to the proposed method to achieve semantic knowledge of the document retrieval system has been in front of a group of companies traffic systems and back office management systems for deployment and practical applications, and achieved satisfactory results.
