Regional Listed companies are a barometer of macroeconomic performance. Mastering the operation and management of listed companies, analyzing the potential risks of operating financial activities may prevent systemic financial risks; promote the economic and financial stability as well as healthy development. However, in the daily management of the People’s Bank, the operation and management of listed companies is still in the manual or semi-manual stage, which makes the lack of an overall grasp the relevant management. In this paper, taking Jinan Branch of the Financial Stability Department for an example, based on the monitoring and analysis system of listed companies in Shandong, it will explore how to establish the appropriate information supporting systems, make the management process informationizational automatic, and master the macro-control of listed companies on the dynamics, thus to contribute the banking business.Listed companies in Shandong Province, using the balance sheet publicly, cash flow statemate, profit and loss statement and the important matters disclosed irregularly by Shanghai and Shenzhen listed companies, established information storage, sorting and collection. Output of a variety of quantitative indicators system, an integrated clustering queries and keyword queries can be dynamically added evaluation and early warning models:Z score model. The system supports the monitoring and analysis of governance risks, operational risks, legal risks, investment risks, innovation risks and important issues’risks. The system can get not only longitudinal monitoring of a single enterprise, but also the comparative analysis of different categorical enterprises, such as sub-sectors, sub-ownership, sub-regional horizontal comparative analysis. System has the characteristics of maintenance, compatibility, efficiency, security and user friendliness, etc.；and thus, to a certain extent, it can improve the efficiency of information management and the quality of management in listed companies, and it can also promote the informationization of banking business management.
