Abstract


With the development of economy and society , and the updating of knowledge continues to accelerate , the social demand and reliance on the information resources has reached an unprecedented level , information is increasingly becoming the various fields of society are the most active , the most decisive factor . Build information-based tax system based on computer technology and extensive collection of information , comprehensive analysis and dealing with tax affairs , promote tax reform and development is of great practical significance . In tax information development at the same time , some new problems attendant . On the one hand there are many different business - oriented transaction processing system , and the lack of effective information integration between these systems , fragmented, fragmented due to the complexity of the tax business , the diversity , as well as some historical reasons , the tax department internal ; On the other hand , the tax department the accumulation of a large number of business data is the lack of effective means of analysis , it is difficult to provide valuable information for decision-makers . Therefore, the establishment of a unified specification - based application system platform , covering all the functions of the tax authorities , coordinated and efficient information sharing, to monitor tight, secure and stable tax management information system is particularly important . The provincial tax business management information system designed strictly follow the State Administration of Taxation to develop the collection and management of business procedures and technology standards , strict implementation of the code standards of the State Administration of Taxation , the integration of data structures , and the General Administration of the overall design of the technology requirements consistent ; This paper focuses on the implementation and performance optimization of the data report , the data communication process design and system testing and relying on distributed databases, Web services , and other advanced technology and design ideas to address key issues in system design . This paper describes the development and implementation process of the system : from demand modeling , detailed design , component development , data access to system deployment . System to achieve integrated management of the business of local taxation , the application of the system will be the local tax business to provide convenient and efficient service , and improve work efficiency .
